How do you book you first Curl Cut?
Please fill out the NEW CLIENT CURL CUT REQUEST form (link on this page under Book Now!). 
​I will review your request and get back to you with New Client openings that are available. When making a New Client Curl Cut appointment, a 50% deposit is required to book the service. This deposit will go towards your first appointment. Your deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your appointment less then 48 hours prior to your appointment. If you need to reschedule and do so 48 hours prior to your appointment, the deposit will transfer and go towards your day of service.

How do I come for my first Curl Cut?
Please arrive with your hair down, detangled and dried curls with little to no product. Your hair does not have to be freshly washed, BUT nothing more then second day hair. Once we go past the second day, curl patterns change and loosen. If you commonly style your hair in twists to set your curls, I need to see your hair in its natural state - more of a wash ‘n go.  Also, no pony tails, headbands or clips in your hair.

Do I need a New Client appointment even though I have had a curly haircut elsewhere?
Yes!! Even though you may have had a Deva, a Rezo or another curl cut with someone else, you are a NEW client to me. I like to walk my clients through the process with me and I like to get to know you and your curls.

Cancellations.
I ask that you please cancel before 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. If your appointment is cancelled after 48 hours prior to your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service scheduled. If you no show on the day of your appointment, you will be charged the full amount of the service scheduled. If you are a new client and have made a deposit, your deposit is refundable if you cancel before 48 hours prior to your appointment. That deposit will also transfer if you reschedule before 48 hours of your appointment. After 48 hours, your deposit is non-refundable.

Do you only work with curly hair?
I work with all types of hair. I do specialize in curly hair, but I have many straight haired clients. I love creating texture and movement with all types of hair. I do not perform any straightening services for curly hair.

IMPORTANT NOTE for curly hair: If there is any excessive detangling needed, your service may either need to be rescheduled or additional fees will apply to your service.

Do you do color? I no longer offer color services for clients established after 9/30/2024.
